Recently I have been listening to guided meditations by Headspace to help me wind down before I sleep at the end of the day!

Another additional exercise I have started doing is a Body Scan. I learned about this in my stress management class and it can help you to focus and center yourself. By scanning your body head to toe you can focus on sensations and bring awareness to any pain, aches, tension or discomfort in these areas.
